Who can do what
Everyone on your team sees everything. What differs is what each person can change. The owner sets that, person by person, under Settings → Team.

The four switches
Section titled “The four switches”Each teammate has four switches. The owner can set them one by one:
- Draft purchase orders. Build orders from What to Order, and change order lines.
- Draft emails. Prepare supplier emails from the Orders desk, such as asking for a lower minimum or a rush. Nothing is sent from Narada; you send from your own email.
- Edit business settings. Change Your Numbers, supplier details, the purchase order layout, the ERP connection and alerts.
- Act on findings. Dismiss, reopen, assign or mute findings.
A new teammate starts with every switch on except Edit business settings. The owner turns that on when it is needed.
The three presets
Section titled “The three presets”Instead of four switches, the owner can apply a preset in one go:
- Viewer: sees everything, and changes nothing except the drafts in the note above. Good for an accountant or an investor.
- Operator: drafts orders and emails, and acts on findings. No settings. Good for a buyer.
- Admin: everything except managing the team and the workspace key. Good for a purchasing manager.
A preset just sets the four switches. You can change any switch afterwards.
What only the owner can do
Section titled “What only the owner can do”Two things stay with the owner, whatever the switches say: inviting or removing teammates, and rotating the workspace key. The owner’s row is marked OWNER. You cannot remove yourself, or the last owner.
Plans and permissions are different
Section titled “Plans and permissions are different”Permissions decide what a person may do. Your plan decides which pages your business has. If a page says it needs the Planner plan, no switch will open it. Talk to us at hello@naradaos.com about your plan.
