Reports
Reports is where you read your proving run. It is a report that Narada computes from your own last 52 weeks of data. You can read it before you decide to buy Planner.
The report replays your year week by week, using Narada’s engine. It shows whether that replay can be trusted. It also lists what it found on your book today. The proving run is a safety check on your data. It is not a promise of savings.
Where to find it: Reports in the top-right links.
Your results page
Section titled “Your results page”Once your reports are ready, the page opens on your results. It shows two things.
- Your two reports. The Digital Twin ROI report replays your last year with Narada buying and shows what it would have done to your stock and your service. The Business health report reads your business as your data shows it. Each has its own Download PDF button. Narada prepares both by hand for your business, so they can carry notes and points that are specific to you.
- Two buttons. Walk through it with me: 15 minutes books a call to go through the reports together. Start the 30 days side by side opens the payment page for Planner at your price. Narada then runs beside your buyer for 30 days, and we tune it with you. Your price and the terms sit under the buttons.
Nothing on this page changes your data or your ERP.
When should I open this page?
Section titled “When should I open this page?”Once, before you decide on Planner.
Owners read the verdict, and what is trapped in stock today. Finance reads the working before signing. Planners read the lines Narada did best and worst on.
What am I looking at?
Section titled “What am I looking at?”The page has two tabs: Report and Questions for you. The header shows the version and the date the report was computed from your data. It also has Save as PDF and How these numbers work.

The header shows which version of the report this is, when it was computed, and its buttons.
The verdict
Section titled “The verdict”When the run clears the coverage check, the verdict appears. It says whether the replay of your own orders reproduced your year. It checks the stock value, the fill rate, and each line. It also says what this check shows and what it cannot show, and which lines were furthest apart.
Withheld means the replay did not reproduce your year. The page says why.
Can we see enough of your book?
Section titled “Can we see enough of your book?”This section shows coverage. Coverage is the share of your products that have enough history for Narada to compute on. The page sets a minimum share. Below that minimum, the run cannot give a verdict.
The section also shows the counts behind the figure, such as how many products have enough recorded deliveries.
What your settings cost
Section titled “What your settings cost”This section shows how many ERP settings look wrong, and what they cost where Narada can put a price on them.
What is trapped
Section titled “What is trapped”This section lists the dead or overstocked items, and the money in them. It shows what holding them costs each year. Each item has its route: return to the supplier, or liquidate.
Suppliers costing you stock
Section titled “Suppliers costing you stock”This section shows the parts value and the safety-stock value for each supplier.
Before you pay
Section titled “Before you pay”The page says the report is how you decide. If Narada isn’t worth it on your numbers, you stop there and pay nothing. Neither plan carries a separate guarantee.
The offer
Section titled “The offer”Once we have agreed your Planner price with you, this section shows it, for example “Planner, $3,000 a month”. Press Start Planner to pay by card on our payment provider’s page. Your account switches to Planner as soon as the payment goes through.
- You pay monthly. There is no contract, and you can cancel any time from Settings, under Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
- Tick “purchasing as a business” on the payment page if you want your company name on the invoice.
- If you already pay for a plan, the button opens your subscription instead, so you are never charged twice.
- If the payment page cannot open, the page says so and we send you a payment link the same day.
If you do not see this section, we have not set your price yet. Ask us.
The working
Section titled “The working”This section has eight folding parts. They explain how the run was done, the settings used, and how each line was decided. They also cover what the run was checked against, and what could not be seen.
The last parts list the lines you can check yourself, the target against the result, and the formulas.
Questions for you
Section titled “Questions for you”This tab asks one question: “Was buying limited by cash last year?” The answers are Yes, No or Not sure.
How do I read the report?
Section titled “How do I read the report?”- Read the verdict first. Withheld means the replay could not be trusted on your data. The page says why.
- Read Can we see enough of your book? If coverage is below the minimum, the run cannot cover enough of your parts.
- Read What is trapped. These figures are measured from your data today. They are not simulated.
- Answer the cash question under Questions for you.
- Press Save as PDF to share the report with your general manager or finance team.
How do I answer the cash question?
Section titled “How do I answer the cash question?”Open Questions for you. Press Yes, No or Not sure. Press the same answer again to clear it.
What if my report says Withheld or not cleared?
Section titled “What if my report says Withheld or not cleared?”Withheld means the replay did not reproduce your year closely enough, so there is no verdict. Records that are not a proper ledger cause this. An example is stock that appears and vanishes with no sale or delivery behind it. A real export usually adds up.
Not cleared means too little of your book has enough history for Narada to compute on. The run cannot give a verdict yet. It may still show net inventory figures. Don’t rely on them until a verdict appears.
Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”Who sees which run? You see only the runs Narada has released to your account.
Is this a promise of savings? No. It is a safety check. It does not claim a saving.
What this page does not do
Section titled “What this page does not do”- It does not claim a saving. It checks that the engine is safe to use on your data.
- It does not show how suppliers would treat orders you never placed.
- It does not let you change the settings and re-run it yourself. Narada computes each new version.
- ERP: the problems in your ERP’s records worth fixing.
- Data: load the files the proving run reads.
- Ask Narada: ask what any figure on the report means.
