Your first 30 days

Your first month has one goal: make Narada’s numbers yours, so you can trust the buy list. Narada starts with safe defaults. Each week you replace more of them with your own answers, and check its suggestions against what you know.

Week Focus Done when
Before you start Send your files. Read your free report You have read both reports
Week 1 Set up, invite the team, answer the first settings Your team lands on Today
Week 2 First buying days, side by side with your usual way You built and placed orders from Narada
Week 3 Cash, stuck stock and your ERP’s records You sent your first reminders and returns
Week 4 Review the month, tune what still looks off The buy list matches what you would order

Your team sends two years of ERP exports. Narada replays your last year twice, once with your buying and once with its own, and you get two reports. You decide from them whether to go ahead. See The free report and The files Narada needs.

Follow Your first week. In short:

  1. Your data is loaded, and you confirm it on the Data page.
  2. Set your time zone, invite your team and set their permissions.
  3. On Your Numbers, replace the defaults you know: the cost of placing an order, holding cost, and each big supplier’s minimum order.
  4. Start each morning on Today. Read, open a few items, and see why Narada raised them.

Build your orders on What to Order, but compare them with how you would have ordered.

  • Open Differs from your usual first. Press Show on each line. Either Narada knows something you don’t, or you know something it doesn’t.
  • Where you know better, change the quantity. Where Narada’s reason is sound, try its number.
  • Answer the lost-sale share on Your Numbers: when a part is out, how many customers go elsewhere? It changes how much spare stock Narada keeps. See How sure Narada aims to be.
  • If a line keeps looking wrong, see Something looks wrong, or email support@naradaos.com.

Week 3: cash, stuck stock and your records

Section titled “Week 3: cash, stuck stock and your records”
  • Do your first weekly cash check: Cockpit, then Collections, if you send receivables.
  • Open Clear Stock. Where a supplier takes returns, send the drafted return request. Fill in Returns within (days) on each supplier’s card first.
  • Open the ERP page. Fix the records worth fixing, biggest money first. Your fixes show up when Narada next reads your files.
  • Open Health to see how your business has moved over the month. Ask Narada what it has recovered so far.
  • Look again at the lines you changed in Week 2. If you keep changing the same kind of line, a setting is probably off. Check it on Your Numbers, or ask us.
  • Check the Forecast page: how many lines let the forecast drive buying. It can change as Narada sees more of your weeks.
  • Your team starts the day on Today, not in a spreadsheet.
  • Your Numbers shows stated next to the answers you know.
  • Differs from your usual needs fewer changes from you over time.
  • You place most orders from Narada’s drafts, with small changes.
  • Banked so far on Today keeps growing as you act on findings.

None of this is automatic. It comes from your answers on Your Numbers, your files arriving every night, and your team’s checks.
