The free report on your own data

Before you pay anything, Narada tests itself on your own business. You send your ERP exports. Narada replays your last year twice: once with your own buying, once with its own. You get the result as two reports, and you decide whether it is worth it. If it isn’t, you stop there and pay nothing.

Step Who What happens
1. Send your files Your team or your ERP consultant Four standard exports, two years back. See The files Narada needs
2. We check them Narada Within the first week, we tell you in plain words if anything is thin
3. The test Narada Your last year is replayed week by week, with Narada buying
4. Your reports You Two reports, in the app and as PDFs
5. You decide You Worth it: start Planner. Not worth it: you stop, and pay nothing

Narada replays your last year one week at a time. Each week it sees only your history up to that week, exactly as your buyer did. It decides what to order. Its orders arrive as slowly as your suppliers’ real past orders did. A supplier with too little history uses the lead time Narada plans with.

At the end of the year, it compares the two: how much stock each way held, and how much of your customers’ demand each way filled. It also checks that its replay of your own buying reproduces the year you really had. If it cannot, it says so, and gives no verdict.

Narada’s settings are fixed before the replay starts, so nothing is tuned on the year the report shows you. Two years of history is best because the extra months give the forecast your seasons.

Two reports, built from your own numbers:

  • The digital twin report. Your last year, replayed with Narada buying. How your stock moved, where it would have ended, the share of demand filled for each class of part, and the yearly figure against Narada’s price on your book.
  • The business health report. Where the money sits in your business today: stock that is not selling, settings in your ERP that look wrong, and the suppliers whose late deliveries tie up the most money.

Both open on the Diagnostic page in the app, with Download as PDF to share with your partners or finance team. You can book 15 minutes to walk through them with us.

  • Not a promise of savings. It shows what Narada would have done on your past year. Next year will differ.
  • Not a sales forecast for your business. It tests Narada’s buying, not your market.
  • Not a change to anything. Narada only reads your exports. It never writes to your ERP.

The short answers. The full detail is in Your data and security.

  • No names, emails or addresses are needed. Codes are enough. See Removing personal details.
  • Narada never writes to your ERP. It only reads the files you send.
  • Your data is kept apart from every other client’s, inside the database itself.
  • Files you send are deleted after 30 days. The loaded figures stay in your own account until you ask us to delete them.
  • It is stored in the United States, in San Francisco.

Most of the time is the export. Four of the files are standard reports in most ERPs. The one that may take work is stock history: dated stock counts over two years. If your ERP cannot print stock on a past date, your consultant can rebuild it from the stock transaction log.

Once the files are in, we check them in the first week. Then the test runs and you get your reports.

You read the reports, and you decide. If Narada is worth it on your numbers, you start the Planner plan from the Reports page. If it isn’t, you stop there and pay nothing. Either way, you can ask us to delete your data.
