What Narada does

Narada reads your sales, stock, suppliers and purchase orders every night. By morning it has checked your whole business. It tells you what needs you today, works out what to buy, and drafts the routine work. You approve every action. Nothing goes out on its own.

Today ranks your problems by what one more day of waiting costs. The first row is the one to deal with first. Brief tells you what changed overnight, with the working behind each amount. Every finding says what is wrong, what it costs, why it happened, and how to check it in your own ERP.

While you sleep, Narada also investigates the biggest problems in more depth. Each one becomes a short memo in the morning. See Overnight Review.

What to Order is your buy list. For every part at every branch, Narada works out when to order and how much. It uses each part’s own forecast, each supplier’s real delivery times, and the stock already on its way. It applies supplier minimums and order multiples. When another branch has spare stock, it suggests a transfer first, for you to make in your ERP.

Orders groups the week’s buying by supplier, so you decide once per supplier. The How Narada thinks pages explain the working in plain words.

Clear Stock shows stock that is not selling, what keeping it costs each month, and what to do with it. Where a supplier takes returns, Narada drafts the return request. On What to Order, Due ≤7d shows what runs out soon.

Collections ranks customers by what is overdue and how far over their credit limit they are. It says whether to chase, escalate or hold shipments, and drafts the reminder. Cockpit shows money going out to suppliers and coming in from customers over the next 12 weeks. Collections needs your receivables file.

Bad data makes bad orders. Narada checks your files every night for problems such as negative stock, missing suppliers or prices that look wrong. What Narada checks lists every check. The ERP page lists the problems in your ERP’s records worth fixing, biggest money first.

Ask Narada answers questions about your business using your own numbers. “What runs out first?” “Who should I chase today?” When the answer is work, such as a draft order or a chase email, it prepares it for you to check.

Press Show on a line in What to Order to see each step of the sum. A part’s page shows every number for one part, worked out. Your assumptions, such as holding cost and service targets, sit in one place: Your Numbers. Change them, and the buy list follows.

Health shows your business numbers over time, and each one opens to its formula. Ask Narada “What have we saved or recovered?” for the money behind Banked so far.

Before you buy Planner, the Diagnostic replays your own last year through Narada’s engine. It is a safety check on your data, not a promise of savings.

  • It never changes your ERP. It only reads your files.
  • It never sends anything to a supplier or a customer. You send orders from your ERP, and emails from your own email.
  • It never orders on its own. It suggests and drafts. A person approves. One shortcut: a photo of an order in Ask Narada creates draft orders straight away, which you check before anything is sent.

Some pages come with the Planner plan, such as What to Order and Forecast. Each page’s help says when it needs Planner.
