BC's job queue drops reports in its own inbox, not your email. So use a small Power Automate flow, or BC 28+ native scheduled email.
One short setup, then hands-off
Move in – once
Your whole history in one drop. Zip your ERP's export folder and drop it on your Data page. A zip is 5–10× smaller. It is still too big to email, which is exactly why it goes to the Data page and not to an inbox. Send as much as you have – ideally 2+ years, so the forecasts have a couple of seasonal cycles to learn from. A single file up to 2 GB works too, and we split it for you. Larger than that, split it or just zip the folder.
Keep it fed – set once
Then the small daily updates, following the steps below. Set it once in Dynamics 365 Business Central and never come back.

In Power Automate, create a scheduled flow: recurrence → daily.

Add the Business Central action that runs your report and returns it as Excel.

Send it as an email attachment to sales →
your sales address, stock →your inventory address, customers →your customers address. -

Save the flow. One flow per data type, or one flow with several attachments.
For whoever runs IT: On BC 28 (2026 wave 1) or later, Financial Reports can be scheduled to email directly. Use that instead of a flow, where it covers the report you need.
