Setup · SAP Business One

Get SAP Business One into Narada.

B1's report scheduler can mail an export nightly. Your partner wires it once.

One short setup, then hands-off

1

Move in — once

Your whole history in one drop. Zip your ERP's export folder and drop it on your Data page — a zip is 5–10× smaller, and too big to email, which is exactly why it goes there, not to an inbox. Send as much as you have — ideally 2+ years, so the forecasts have a couple of seasonal cycles to learn from. A single file up to 2 GB works too (we split it for you); larger, split it or just zip the folder.

2

Keep it fed — set once

Then the small daily updates, following the steps below. Set it once in SAP Business One and never come back.

The exact steps

  1. 1

Service Manager → enable the Job Service (Report Scheduling & Fax).

  2. 2

Configure SBO Mailer's SMTP settings — a one-time step your partner has usually already done.

  3. 3

For each data type, define the query/report and schedule it daily, delivered as an email attachment.

  4. 4

Recipients: sales → your sales address, stock → your inventory address, products → your products address, purchase orders → your purchase-orders address, receivables → your receivables address.

For whoever runs IT: SAP's official walkthrough is 'How to Schedule Report Execution and Mailing' (B1 10.0) — your partner will know it.

Your real addresses are waiting in the app.

Open your Data page — it shows the exact addresses for your account, and can email these steps to your IT person in one click.
