Setup · Oracle NetSuite

Get Oracle NetSuite into Narada.

NetSuite can email a scheduled export by itself. Set it once, never come back.

Hands-off — it emails itself in

1

Move in — once

Your whole history in one drop. Zip your ERP's export folder and drop it on your Data page — a zip is 5–10× smaller, and too big to email, which is exactly why it goes there, not to an inbox. Send as much as you have — ideally 2+ years, so the forecasts have a couple of seasonal cycles to learn from. A single file up to 2 GB works too (we split it for you); larger, split it or just zip the folder.

2

Keep it fed — set once

Then the small daily updates, following the steps below. Set it once in Oracle NetSuite and never come back.

The exact steps

  1. 1

Reports → Saved Searches → pick (or create) the search for each data type.

  2. 2

Edit the search → Email tab → tick 'Send emails according to schedule' → daily.

  3. 3

Under 'Send as attachment', choose CSV.

  4. 4

Recipient — one search per data type, each to its own address: sales → your sales address, stock → your inventory address, products → your products address, customers → your customers address, receivables → your receivables address.

  5. 5

Save. Narada ingests each night, forever.

For whoever runs IT: Scheduled searches run under the owning user's permissions, and an account is capped at 200 scheduled searches — reuse existing ones where you can.

Your real addresses are waiting in the app.

Open your Data page — it shows the exact addresses for your account, and can email these steps to your IT person in one click.
